My kids and I were excited to receive our Wittlebee box in the mail today, and it did not disappoint. For those of you who are not familiar, Wittlebee is a
kids’ clothing club that, for $39.99 / month, sends you a box of six clothing items based on your
child’s style profile and types of clothes needed. You can communicate
specific “style notes” with the Wittlebee stylist building your box and from this month, you can select up to three items from your personal Showroom. I love that feature and enjoyed having the ability to select half of the pieces I was getting!
Now, to the box - I have been a subscriber for more than six months and while I skipped a couple of months, I've received enough boxes to know I do like this subscription a lot - and so does my 5-year old. This month I ordered a split box between my 5-year old girl and my almost 9-month old boy (I find this option really convenient). Take a look at what we received:
While I was familiar with the three items I had selected from my Showroom, once I saw the colors of the rolled-up clothes in the box, I knew we'd like everything. We've received a good mix of basics, as well as more uniquely styled and whimsical pieces. Here are the details:
Girl 6T outfit #1: a Wittlebee / Threadless T-shirt and a Butterfly Fashion Tutu in yellow (latter selected by me and my daughter). A girl can never have too many tutus and this one is of high quality - soft and with many layers. My girl loved it! The T-shirt is one of the basic pieces and while I was not too excited about it initially, my daughter said she really liked the picture; on second thoughts, it does makes a nice spring / summer outfit with the tutu.
Girl 6T outfit #2: Trish Scully Retro Rags Green Peasant Blouse ($36) and Ruffle Pants in white / polka dot (similar style for $26). This outfit is gorgeous! I love the style, the color combination and the fact that it's a transitional outfit into spring; the pants would also be perfect for breezy summer evenings. The total suggested retail price for this outfit is $62 which more than covers the cost of the box.
Boy 12 - 18M outfit #1: Rabbit Moon Soho Striped Zip Sweater in blue / brown ($23.50, on sale from $47) and Wittlebee / Threadless T-shirt 'I Love You' - I selected both of these pieces from my Showroom, so I knew what I was getting. The quality of the Rabbit Moon sweater is very nice - it is soft, thick and with a spot-on color combination that is so much more vibrant and nicer in person. The sweater would be a great layering piece for my son for spring / summer. The soft blue tee is the second basic piece in the box - I really liked the cute graphic and the color.
My verdict: I like Wittlebee, especially with the recent improvements - e.g. ability to self-select half of the pieces from your Showroom and the split-box option. The total value of this box comes to ~ $115 (I assumed ~$15 for the tutu and $7 for each of the T-shirts since I couldn't find the exact style / pricing) which is way above the cost of $39.99. In all of our boxes, we received pieces from both basic and higher-end brands that I would have bought anyway. While I cannot justify ordering a box every month, I definitely plan on ordering once or twice per season.

Hello everyone! It's time for PopSugar Must Have March *SPOILERS*! Some of the ladies on makeuptalk forum received their boxes and were nice to share the contents. Since I can never remain spoiler-free, I peeked and here's what is said / rumored to be included in this month's box.

Corkatoo Waiter's Corkscrew (~ $14 at Amazon, assorted colors) - this is such a cool kitchen item, I'm hoping I get the blue one.

Based on these spoilers, I'm excited about the box - it seems in line with the spring / Easter / new beginning theme. As
always, I will have my final opinion once I get my box (it's a
couple of states away from me) and experience the items first-hand. I can't wait!

I have already written about FabKids - the kids monthly outfit club for adorable head-to-toe ensembles. I've received the Nautical Neon Outfit a few days after I ordered it and it was better than expected. It arrived in a beautiful box in FabKids' signature hot pink color, wrapped in silver paper and with a note from the line's Creative Partner Christina Applegate.
My daughter was immediately drawn to the box, realizing it was something for her. The Nautical Neon Outfit included the Star Stripe Cardigan and the Ruffle Knit Skirt - such an adorable combination with the preppy cardigan complemented perfectly by the twirly pink skirt. While I could only comment on the design of the clothes when I ordered online, I was truly impressed by the their quality once I opened the box and saw them in person.
The cardigan is of medium weight (lighter than I had expected but very soft and nice) and would be perfect as a layering piece for right now or for warmer days. Both my daughter and I loved the details - the hot pink stripe on the inside of the buttons (matching the color of the skirt) and the yellow stars on the elbows are so chic! The skirt is made of thick but soft cotton and did not change color or shrink after the first wash. The twirly tulle is lightweight but adds that volume girls love so much. Included with the outfit was a head bow in yellow as an add-on present.
My daughter already wore the pieces - together and separately - and said they were very comfy. I got this outfit at 50% off the usual price of $39.95 and couldn't have been happier with the style and quality of the clothes. While I would probably not be buying new outfits every month, I could definitely see using FabKids once or twice per season and / or to celebrate special occasions (this outfit was included in my girl's 5th birthday present).

5. Wilton Hoppy Shapes 4-piece Easter Cookie Cutter Set ($6.57 at Amazon) - What better way to celebrate a new season or a holiday than with fresh-baked cookies? I've used Wilton baking products on a number of occasions and I like the quality and consistency. These Easter-shaped cutters have the ideal price tag to add to your collection.

My Graze Lightbox #5 showed up one day after box #4 - indeed, it's been a busy week for Graze boxes. I really liked this box - it contained one of my all-time favorite snacks. The four snacks in this week's box were: Summer Berry Compote, Poached Pear, Super Fruit Tangtastic and Shangri-La:
The four snacks were less than 150 calories each since the box is light and I found them to offer a great balance in terms of variety of tastes: sweet, tangy, nutty... Here are the individual snacks:
Summer Berry Compote: with wholemeal shortbread
I love Graze dips and this one did not disappoint. The shortbread was fresh, crispy and just slightly sweetened. The tangy compote was the perfect complement to the shortbread. One of my "love" snacks.
Poached Pear with Vanilla: Pear, vanilla pumpkin seeds and lemon raisins
This snack was delicious - one of my all-time favorite Graze snacks so far! I could have eaten a double portion and wouldn't have felt guilty at all - at only 106 calories. It was crunchy, and sweet with a bit of zest from the lemon raisins, and let's not forget the glazed vanilla pumpkin seeds - just perfection!
Super Fruit Tangtastic: Green mango, cherry raisins and blackcurrentsI liked this tangy super fruit snack. Initially I thought it'd be too tangy for my taste but it was very fresh and I found it different and interesting.
Shangri-La: Lingonberries, pineapple, almond slices & pumpkin seeds
Another "like" for me. I love Graze dried pineapple and this snacks offers a good balance of dried fruit and nuts. Yummy!
My verdict: I really loved this Graze box - a great mix of various snacks. The Poached Pear with vanilla was my absolute favorite - I hope to receive it many more times in my next boxes.
